If there is no presence on our land there are some people who think it is up for grabs (like our Northwest Passage). We trap in a remote area of Northern B.C., CANADA, 100 km from the nearest road. We fly in by Beaver Bush Plane and stay here for long periods of time. We are caretakers of the land and this is how we live.

That first picture is so great! And I love the one of Bryan's snowy beard.
I thought we had a lot of snow here, but I guess not. Or maybe it's just that the trees around there are so much taller, they collect more on them?
Bryan is looking a bit like Santa there!
Ship to us some snow, here it about 2'' on flore ... only....
