Yard Work

 Amazing that these Mallards know friend from foe...  the muskrat is eating only two feet away.

This is called making an interface space  between the cabin and the forest.  It took 3 years to clear the area and now it is just the small wood removal so that it is easier to cut. The wild hay here grows 4 to 5 feet tall and stops the electric fence from working properly.  Also it is a fire hazard.
