It RUNS!!!! The 40 Johnson Boat Motor

 There is spark....  so it just needs gas now.  This motor does not have an oil box so Bryan mixed gas (50 to 1).

Hooking up the Battery

Lots of thinking...

The spark plug wire is put back on.

 Bryan is by passing the solenoid.

The solenoid is not working at all.  It might be corroded and won't move.

There wasn't enough juice in the battery so Bryan got the battery charger and put it on jump.

Now Bryan is all smiles!!!!! Motor is running smoothly, it wasn't missing.  There is no way to shut the motor off, so Bryan put a rag over the air intake manifolds.... it can't run without air.
