How to Make a Chain Saw Scabbard Part 1

Bryan had some pieces of teflon and an old cutting board.
Getting rough measurements

A jig saw is used but almost any cutting edge will work.
Block Plane

The cutting Board was 1/2 " thick and is prefect for the center spacer with the 3/8" Teflon on either side.  ( You could also use Aluminum with rubber belting or Tefhon as center spacer. )

There has to be lots of room for the Dogs.
