Was at a flea market this morning, some guy was selling a bunch of rusty old leg hold traps for $15 each. I thought that was a bit pricey since I don't think they could have been pried open with a crowbar.
ReplyDeleteAny way enjoy the mild temperatures.

Hey Bryan&Vikki looks like a nice night in the cabin after a hard day . Do the cat and dog travel happily on the snow machines? Brian:)
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe your cat travels on the skidoo with you!! When we lived in the arctic before we had to move the cats on a quad and man did they ever yowl! I am sure every person in Kugluktuk could hear them.
ReplyDeleteThe traveling cat is quite amazing. My long gone feline companion, Murphy, was absolutely intolerant of vehicular travel. MN, too, is having a bit of a heat wave after a week of -6F. It was 35F today and 40+F forecast for VD. We did not wear jackets or gloves and pondered sitting out in the lawn chairs in our 50+" of snow.
ReplyDeleteTravel safe. Enjoy the labor of your work last year on the cabin.
Either you, Vikki, have very small hands, or that is a big wolf. I surely hope you get him
ReplyDeletecool to be able to get to the cabin and have a totally different change of scenery. are you trying to extend the trail beyond the cabin.how far out do you eventually want to go? ken
