A few days later our vegetables where flown in along with some propane. We place our order from local growers Sophie and Earl Carlson from Atlin in the summer and are always so pleased with their growing. We still have good vegetables in the next spring. We found the store boughten ones do not last more than 2 months.
200 lbs. potatoes (we still had 100 lbs from summer)
100 lbs. carrots
30 lbs. beets
23 lbs turnips
60 lbs cabbage
cucumbers, zucchini, rhubarb, lettuce and chard
