After dropping the Taku River Tlingit crew off at the heli pad that Bryan had laid in front of the Lodge, the Beaver taxied over to the landing strip once more. When it left the strip to make a circle to turn around it was working hard. Look at the overflow. When it was ready to fly out of here, it took all of it's power to break free. With the wet overflow and then sitting for 4 1/2 hours it was pretty bonded. Chris pumped up the skiies to try to help. Finally after lots of roaring, and snow flying... off it went.
