If there is no presence on our land there are some people who think it is up for grabs (like our Northwest Passage). We trap in a remote area of Northern B.C. 100 km from the nearest road. We fly in by Beaver Bush Plane and stay here for long periods of time. We are caretakers of the land and this is how we live.

What a fantastic picture! Of course, you live in God's country, so why wouldn't you get oictures like that?
You are so right!
So true.
p.s. snowcake!!! How did that giant muffin end up on that tree?
Looks like beautiful country to live in.We wish we could live on our trapline.
It is the most beautiful country but also so very unforgiving...if you make a mistake you are in very serious trouble. It is rugged going here. Every foot forward requires immense work.
