It's too bad our camp is so far from the top. Bryan's starting to mention his knees and yesterday he hit a rock hard on his left knee. It is 4 km down to Base camp. Bryan was back by 1:40. Bryan had cleared more of the trail. He mentioned a grizzly had chewed a lot of our trail ribbons down and shit right in the middle of the trail... Bryan said "I never took a gun with me, so he missed his chance... Ha Ha."
After resting and a big pot of real coffee, Bryan made a bench and table. He also went and got the snow Vikki was too chicken to get.... We filtered the melded snow in an old pillow case (game bags now). Had rice, beans, corn and sausages Stew. Early to bed.

Very beautiful country. Makes me a little homesick for it. Also the experience.
Bryan and Vikki,
Doesn't look like much time off with building a bench etc.
Again thanks so much for the photos. Wish I were there with you! Beautiful country and two great people!
Thanks for sharing,
Mike
