ALL'S WELL HERE..... WE ARE OUT IN THE HIGH VALLEY WORKING ON TRAIL. WE HAVE A WALL TENT SET UP AND DON'T COME BACK TO BASE CAMP, THAT WAY WE GET MORE TRAIL DONE. IN 10 DAYS OF REAL HARD WORK WE HAVE MADE IT TO WITHIN 3 KM OF WALKER'S VALLEY LINE CABIN. USUALLY WE GET 200 METERS CLEARED EACH DAY, BUT YESTERDAY WE HAD A GREAT DAY AND DID 450 METERS, BUT NOW WE ARE EXHAUSTED AND NEED SOME TIME OFF FROM THE GRUNT WORK.
TOMORROW WE ARE FLYING OUT OF HERE TO GO AND GET OUR NEW PUPPY. HANNAH WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME WITH HER. SHE'S A BLUE HEELER, BORDER COLLIE CROSS. HAVEN'T NAMED HER YET UNTIL WE SEE HERE. IT WILL BE GREAT FUN.
OUR OLD DOG HANNAH IS DEAF NOW AND LIKES TO SLEEP LOTS.
WE'VE GOT PHOTOS OF SETTING UP THE WALL TENT AND WILL PUT THEM ON WHEN THINGS ARE NOT SO BUSY........ HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A GREAT SUMMER .... WE SURE ARE.

Glad to hear all is well. Getting a puppy is always exciting. Zoe and I just got a 10 week old yellow lab. Her name is Taiga and she's nuts! But lots of fun.

My neighbor has a blue healer and it keeps all the bulls at bay when walking about in the field. Interesting combo with the border collie...should keep you safe and walking close together.
Make sure the electric fence is on.
